Job description
To maintain various company properties including domestic and industrial buildings and associated infrastructure.
Typical work to include minor brick/block repairs, basic joinery, basic plumbing, painting and minor electrical repairs.
Hours. Flexible based on 40 hrs plus overtime.

Full time Plant & Vehicle Mechanic.
ROLE
To service and repair a range of agricultural and construction equipment commercial vehicles and forestry machinery.
HRS OF WORK
A flexible working week of 40 hrs + OT within the company normal operating hours.
WAGES
Negotiable depending on experience.
EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
*Proven Previous experience of work as described above or similar.
*A driving licence.
*A good working knowledge of hydraulics and vehicle electrics.
*Ability to work as part of a team or on own initiative.
*A reasonable level of written communication is needed as the role will require the use and maintenance of record documents including service schedules and worksheets.
*A certain level of IT literacy would be advantageous as the role may entail the use of computers to email suppliers and order parts online as necessary.
